Reservation Policies

Reservation policies:

Children from 0 to 3 years old do not pay, 4 to 5 years old pay half price, 6 years old and up pay as an adult.

Includes: Naturalist guide, snacks, water, insurance and policies.

Transportation is not included, $10 extra per person in the area of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Communicate to email or WhatsApp to coordinate pick up, pick up will be approximately half an hour to an hour before the tour.

Terms and Cancellation Policies:

All reservations and cancellations must be received in advance, via email, WhatsApp or through our website.

There will be no refunds for voluntarily unused services.

It is 50% refundable if cancelled 24 hours prior to the tour, less 5% handling fee.

100% refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the tour, minus a 5% handling fee.

100% refundable for cancellations due to bad weather, if the company considers that the activity cannot be carried out because safety standards are not met or other natural factors beyond human control before starting the activity.

If the refund is requested on the same day of purchase, the 5% handling fee will be waived.

Money refunds are made to the same card with which the purchase is made.

The refund will take approximately 6 business days.

There is a maximum waiting period of 15 minutes before the activity is declared a no show.

Modifications of activities and schedules by the client will be subject to availability.
