Nocturnal Tours<\/h1>\n

This tour is one of the most exciting, as you will be able to appreciate the nocturnal animals that are not observed during the day. When the darkness falls, it seems that everything sleeps, but in reality, the night is the awakening of a large part of the animal life, that for many people, is unknown. Depending on your choice you can choose between water or land, walking through tropical forest trails, kayaking or boating through the mangrove canals of Isla Damas.<\/p>\n

Likewise, amphibians, reptiles, insects and mammals will be appreciated, which mostly go out to look for food. For example, snakes, spiders, moths, owls, varieties of frogs, such as the Red Eyes tree frog. This frog is one of the most beautiful species of amphibians in Costa Rica, with nocturnal behavior, uses one of the most surprising strategies in its nature, camouflage. When she sleeps in the day the Red Eyes frog goes almost unnoticed
by posing on a leaf, which hide all its bright colours and make her become \u201cpart of the leaf \u201c.<\/p>\n

A wonderful way to spend a few hours near Quepos \/ Manuel Antonio. We got to see SO many animals and learn about this special habitat. We did the night tour and it was amazing! Our tour guide Janier was very knowledgeable and made the experience fun! Heyner was also very knowledgeable and helped spot out a lot of the animals. Fiorela was so sweet and made us feel comfortable since my friend was a little scared. We saw a lot of the nightlife of the beautiful Costa Rica. We booked the Mangrove Kayaking Tour. It was a great experience: very quit floating on the water, a lot to be seen and very well explained by the guide. This quite and soundless behaviour gave us a very good insight into the nature wildlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our night time tour. It was so peaceful to be on the water at night. The guides were informative and very friendly and we were lucky enough to see a large crocodile in the water! Along with frogs, basilisks, birds, crabs and more.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The tour consists of a circuit of several kilometers with diversity of tropical landscapes, where you will paddle to Isla Damas, with 600 hectares of surface, known for its estuaries full of mangroves and its diverse population of flora and fauna. The fauna on and around the island include a large number of wild animals such as white-faced monkeys, sloths, green iguanas, crabs, turtles, crocodiles, raccoons, anteaters and numerous bird species.<\/p>\n
